a year gone by...

Today marks the 1 year anniversary since we lost Tanner. On the contrary to the saying "Time will heal", it really hasn't. There's still lots of tears when I think about this day. We checked out a book at the library called I Remember, it's one of those 'Let's Talk About It' books. http://www.amazon.com/Remember-Lets-Talk-About-Books/dp/0764132741/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1276437713&sr=1-2 I noticed Emily was reading it and wiping her eyes. I asked her if she was remembering Tanner and she said "I poked my eye." I know better. It even tells about how after some time, the little boy gets a new puppy.
