I don't like roller coasters, amusement park or life form. This moving and buying a house business has been nothing but roller coasters. We learned just late last week, that our blue house is a short sale. I don't know much about the real estate business, but the more we read about short sales, it's a pretty huge deal. We aren't sure how this all happened, or why we only found out last week. Let's just say our conversations with our Realtor and trying to figure this out haven't been pleasant. Between that, and now our closing dates moved some ... and of course, the dog having some gross poop and barfing issues (although she seems to be getting better)... Emily hurting herself at school (although not serious), the boys up at night with coughing (although they aren't "sick"), the check engine light coming on in the van (although it's running fine now)... just a host of little things that make the big thing even more stressful. We were planning to have all day today and tomorrow to move and close on the blue house today and our house Friday. But, we can't even officially close on the blue house until the closing papers are accepted via the lender, and currently, that's up in the air. We signed a "move in early" agreement and everything thing is expected to go fine but we've also learned that people like to 'tell 'ya what you want to hear' in this buying and selling houses madness. So, we will (not) so patiently wait until we officially have closing papers since we can't do any home improvements until. Thankfully, there was a moving truck available earlier than we had one scheduled for so we took a large load yesterday and Dave and Kelvin took a few loads with his truck into the night. Still lots of work left to do today between moving and cleaning. Here are a few pictures... I have a ton more of "before" pictures, but I'll wait for another day to put those up... time to get.... moving.
We have a really pretty view of Sugarloaf, didn't really notice that much before!

close to home
After baths Monday night, we ran up to the Holiday Inn and said hi to Papa! Papa was working in Pickwick Monday and Tuesday, so he was in town. Emily wasn't up for being in pictures, she had little incident at school and bumped her head on the pavement (kid running backwards to catch a football+Emily kneeling down and not seeing him=a head smack on the pavement) so she wasn't feeling well... head and stomach aches. I think between that, and the lack of sleep the night before from Luke coughing (she is sooo looking forward to a bedroom with doors!), she was exhausted. I jostled her a couple times during the night just to check on her and she was fine the next morning. It's always something, right? And it's always a lot of somethings during especially trying times it seems.
