Birthday trip to the cities!

We went up to Deeda's Saturday night to spend the night and celebrated Emily's birthday with Deeda, Mark, Josey and Lexi at breakfast Sunday morning.




Deeda got Emily a giant cookie and a birthday cake, pretty fun!

Emily got rock tumbler and some neat books about rocks from Deeda. She found the page about birthstones in this book so she's having fun learning everyones birthstone. She's excited to polish all the agates Deeda gave her, now we just need to set it up and get those rocks going!

Cousins!

In the afternoon, we met Nana, Papa, Nathan and Erica at the MOA so Nana could take Emily to the American Girl store for her birthday. Then over to Nathan and Erica's for tacos and more birthday fun!
