Ochsner Zoo

 After seeing the cranes, we stopped at Ochsner Zoo, a very small zoo/park right in town.  It only takes up a city block.  They had a couple wolves, a couple llamas, a lazy bear, some deer/ducks/geese, a bobcat, goats, an old monkey, supposedly a lynx (but we never saw it), an owl and pheasant, and a cute little prairie dog village.  The kids spent about half the time looking at the animals and the other half at the lion drinking fountain :)
