Checking out the rabbits...

The kids were able to go into the chicken area and gather eggs. As Emily said...."There were a whole bunch in each box!"

Em putting them in cartons, we brought 12 home!

Part of the crew...

Hay fights!

Miss Colleen...how cute is she!
And the winner of the funniest quote of the day goes to Emily! Driving through about 5-10 miles of farm fields.... "Look at all the wild cows!" (We had just talked about wild turkeys.)

Cheerios and Banana

Luke has Cheerios with banana slices almost every morning. When he's just about done, he says "I goin' to drink it now." The other morning, he would have eaten 4 bowls, but I stopped him at 3.

Any guesses?

Last weekend, Deeda came to visit and brought the kids Halloween costumes all finished. She outdid herself! They are amazing. We have quite a few events scheduled so they can wear them alot, rumor is the Kindergarteners can even wear them a day at school! Any guesses to what Emily and Luke are dressing up as for Halloween this year?

candy bars, anyone?

Emily is selling candy bars for Central's fundraiser this year (better than $15 cookie dough and junk wrapping paper, huh?). They are $1 each. If anyone's interested, let me know! Papa, you must need at least 10 or 15 for your lunches, right :) We took just one box (of 50), but I'm sure more are available. Thanks!

another fun day at ECFE...

No outside activities today! But Luke had fun painting, playing with playdough, trying to make leaves fly in the air with a parachute, making binoculars, and most of all, sitting on Miss Stephanie's lap! He sure likes her.

Technically, he's right...

It's cold and rainy here today, so Luke had on a thicker fleece type coat and it was bothering him in the carseat. He shouts...
"I want to get out!"
I say...."We can't Buddy, we're driving!"
"I not....you is!"
